Healing, Identity and the Power of God: A Journey to Wholeness
The Flow of Healing
• The Lord’s healing flows like a river—I need to relax and receive it.
• My past pain and scars do not define me; they are signs of battles won.
• The Holy Spirit is always communicating with me.
• No more feelings of unworthiness—God has assured me of His love.
• Pain does not get the final word.
• God promises me wholeness, peace, and joy as my foundation.
• Full restoration is coming my way.
• I stay open and hold on to hope for healing.
• Pain has left its mark, but so has God’s comfort.
Confidence and Faith
• The more I heal, the closer I get to You.
• The more these chains of pain break off, the more I reflect Jesus.
• With You, Lord, how can I be lonely?
• Thank You for building my confidence in You.
• My only identity is as a child of God.
Understanding Guilt, Shame, and Sin
• Carried shame is from the devil—it is accusatory and damages self-esteem.
• Guilt, however, is a sign of acting outside our values.
• Shame entered the world with sin—it was the first effect of the fall.
• Shame informs us of limits and breeds accountability.
• Without shame, people may believe they are their own higher power.
• Narcissism is not a shame-based disorder but a product of a prideful heart.
A Call to the Remnant
• The world is in deep pain, seeking hope.
• People sense the nearness of the end—hence the surge in Bible sales.
• God is calling His remnant back, revealing Himself mightily.
• There will be an uprising of God’s prophets, and His power will manifest.
• Healing is coming to His children, but so is persecution.
• True believers will be revealed through trials.
• The spirit of John the Baptist is upon Kingdom warriors—calling for repentance and preparing for the return of the Lion of Judah.
• There will be mass deliverance, but also great opposition.
Rejecting Religion, Embracing Relationship
• Religion has falsely painted God as a distant judge.
• The Gospel of Grace has been perverted into a works-based religion.
• Jesus and John the Baptist called out religious hypocrisy without hesitation.
• The true Gospel is simple:
• God loved us so much that He sent Jesus to save those who believe.
• Heaven is God’s presence; hell is separation from Him.
• Sin causes slow death, but Jesus bore our punishment.
• Those who reject Jesus have no sacrifice left for their sins.
Worship and Spiritual Transformation
• Worshiping in Spirit and truth is a taste of Heaven.
• True love cannot be experienced in a state of pain.
• I am inherently worthy—I love myself unconditionally.
• I embrace my gift of mercy.
• Pain and trauma can block spirituality by trapping us in concrete thinking.
• Sin is always at war with our spirit, but we must stay aligned with God.
• My soul will be satisfied in worshiping You daily.
• I long to express my love for You in creative ways.
Overcoming Spiritual Attacks
• The enemy tries to steal our identity as children of God.
• Even with faith the size of a mustard seed, mountains move.
• Hopelessness is never from God—He is the source of all hope.
• You chose me to reveal Your love to the world.
• Help me shed all that is not of You.
• Weeping may endure for the night, but joy always comes in the morning.
The Power of Prayer and Deliverance
• Prayer can seem like coincidence to those who lack revelation.
• “An attack on your prayer life is an attack on your destiny.”
• I want to write a prayer book with prayers and prophetic declarations.
• The book will focus on healing and deliverance.
Mind Renewal and Emotional Healing
• Denying oneself means blocking the ego (the flesh).
• Transformation comes from renewing the mind—addressing cognitive distortions.
• My response to emotions determines whether they create a vicious cycle.
• My thoughts about sensory experiences can torment me—I choose peace.
• Fear will no longer control me.
• Your Word says, “Be anxious for nothing,” so I know anxiety can be overcome.
Healing from Childhood Pain
• Fear, pain, and anger overwhelmed me while writing about my childhood.
• Trauma robs spirituality, making it hard to grasp abstract truths.
• All human beings have equal inherent value because we are made in God’s image.
This keeps everything you wrote intact while giving it structure, making it easier to reflect on and reference. Let me know if you want any further refinements!
