FIX MY EYES ON YOU
i am in the wilderness of sin until i leave this world to be glorified in Christ Jesus
Salvation justified through faith alone given by god’s amazing grace in Christ Jesus.
Jesus You are the way, the truth and the Life and the only way to see and know the Father, because only You make us righteous to be in communion with Him. You are the ONLY way to Heaven. Without faith, it is impossible to please God. You looked past our selfish hearts and evil thoughts to justify us to be in Your Father’s presence and to eventually glorify us to witness His whole glory when we get to heaven.
The way so many people are deceived!! So many false preachers! So many false religions and doctrines. You already paid the full price for salvation. You said it is finished on the cross. So many people in bondage living in fear and not enjoying the freedom and joy You gave us by the cross.
The truth shall set you free. Only Jesus can set you free from the captivity of sin. Only He is the Truth. The only Way to eternal Life.
That’s why You said only those who are born of God’s spirit will see the kingdom of heaven. John 3:3 “Jesus answered him, “Truly, truly, I say to you, unless one is born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.” While we’re on earth in You we get only a taste of what’s to come and it makes us want to give up everything in the world and follow You because it is all indeed meaningless like King Solomon said. “So, I hated life, because the work that is done under the sun was grievous to me. All of it is meaningless, a chasing after the wind.” Ecclesiastes 2:17
Jesus you came for me to help me endure this wilderness by giving me courage, boldness and confidence of my salvation. these revelations are blowing my mind. Thank you God for Your Spirit moving in me through my Messiah
Lord you were there with me all along, in the back of the cop car, in the jail cell, my prince of peace, my Jehovah Nissi. How can I dare let any mere human judge me?! I’m so incredibly sorry! My goodness!! I AM TRULY SAVED THROUGH YOU JESUS BY GOD’S GRACE. My salvation had nothing to do with my works for we have all fallen short of Your glory. Romans 3:23 “for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God”
God You chose me before I was even a figment of my mom’s imagination, molded me exactly how you wanted me to be, took me through but protected me through all my suffering, kept me hidden, gave me my gift of faith so that I keep seeking You always. Oh, the way I rejoice for all my suffering now because it all brought me to You. “Consider it pure joy, my brothers and sisters, whenever you face trials of many kinds, because you know that the testing of your faith produces perseverance. Let perseverance finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything.” James 1:2-4
That’s why You said I can’t be conformed to the world because it means I’ll be conforming to sin and I can’t be in sin and cry out for God’s mighty power. “And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God” Romans 12:2.
You made it in such a way that the world will NEVER know You through human wisdom. It all sounds like foolishness to those who are perishing. “For the message of the cross is foolishness to those who are perishing, but to us who are being saved it is the power of God. For it is written: "I will destroy the wisdom of the wise; the intelligence of the intelligent I will frustrate." 1 Corinthians 1:18-19. Only by Your grace can the gospel be believed and saving faith resulted. You chose us first; we didn’t choose You. “We love because he first loved us.” 1 John 4:19
Our sinful dead natures were rebellious and could never choose You on our own accord. Thank You for opening my eyes. Thank You for waking up my dead lost soul. In You we come alive! In You alone, are we born again by the Holy Spirit and privy to all spiritual truths.
I can truly do all things through You Jesus who gives me strength. I finally believe this, and it is no longer just a mantra.
My dearest Lord thank You for coming to die for me to save me for eternity and giving me the assurance that absolutely nothing can separate me from You. The assurance of my salvation that can NEVER be revoked!
Dearest Jesus I want to wait get to know You more. Please call me deeper and deeper.
The only way to see the Father is through You and to have You alive in us saints means we have to suffer and carry our cross and look crazy sometimes without a care in the world! Your perfect mysterious plan revealed to lil ol’ me!! I am so underserving of Your grace, yet You call me Your child, Your very own royal daughter. It is the ultimate privilege.
The wages of sin is death and so many people are heading to the path towards destruction oh my. They are gladly or deceivingly walking the broad path that leads to eternal death…having a false assurance of their salvation. “Enter through the narrow gate; for the gate is wide and the way is broad that leads to destruction, and there are many who enter through it. For the gate is small and the way is narrow that leads to life, and there are few who find it.” Matthew 7:13-14 Dear Lord I sincerely pray for lost souls, please open their blind eyes so they may see the light of the knowledge of Your glory revealed through Your Word. Amen.
My own family crucified me, in my time of greatest need.
If not for You Jesus where would I be? It was You all along Jesus. It was You encouraging me and guiding me along the path I should take. I was just trusting and obeying. Nah the waters weren’t muddied then like the ‘pastor’ said. I didn’t realize the power I had inside of me so I still was afraid. God’s perfect love, You my Savior Jesus Christ drives out all fear because You have overcome the world and defeated the evil one! 1 John 4:18 reads, “There is no fear in love, but perfect love casts out fear. For fear has to do with punishment, and whoever fears has not been perfected in love.” DEATH WHERE IS YOUR STING?!! Any fear or doubt that dares to creep in because I’m weak when I’m not standing strong and firm in You, I’ll know it is not from You. Ahhh papa God thank You thank You thank You!! I will remain of sober mind and alert, and I’ll put on Your armor daily so that this evil world or my weak flesh doesn’t cause me to fall away. Ephesians 6:11-18 “11 Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the schemes of the devil. 12 For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the cosmic powers over this present darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places. 13 Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand firm. 14 Stand therefore, having fastened on the belt of truth, and having put on the breastplate of righteousness, 15 and, as shoes for your feet, having put on the readiness given by the gospel of peace. 16 In all circumstances take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming darts of the evil one; 17 and take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God, 18 praying at all times in the Spirit, with all prayer and supplication. To that end, keep alert with all perseverance, making supplication for all the saints.”
I long to be in Your presence forever. You have been truly going ahead of me preparing the way for me. Psalms 139:5-15 “You go before me and follow me. You place your hand of blessing on my head. 6 Such knowledge is too wonderful for me, too great for me to understand! 7 I can never escape from your Spirit.”
Dear Jesus, I feel so honored and I’ll strive for this bodily temple to please You. You know I still struggle with lustful thoughts that want to creep in, but I rebuke them all once and for all in Your mighty name Christ Jesus!
You have been talking to me and guiding me through this whole ordeal of delivering me from my marriage, but I didn’t have the total assurance that it was truly You. I cried out to You like the man in the bible “I believe but help my unbelief! Mark 9:24
The devil tried it but I was already born victorious because of You so all his efforts were futile! You heard my desperate cry oh God and You delivered me with Your mighty hand. Psalm 120:1 “In my distress I called to the LORD, and he answered me.” Deuteronomy 7:8 “But it is because the Lord loves you and is keeping the oath that he swore to your fathers, that the Lord has brought you out with a mighty hand and redeemed you from the house of slavery, from the hand of Pharaoh king of Egypt.”
I marvel at Your immense mercy and grace because You chose me not because of anything I did, failed to do or still yet to do. I was chosen solely on the merit of Your Sovereign choice to show mercy to those You wanted to show mercy to. Romans 9:15-16 “For God said to Moses, “I will show mercy to anyone I choose, and I will show compassion to anyone I choose.” I made it! My heart is profoundly grateful, and I have absolutely nothing to boast about in Your presence and You made sure of that.
Dearest Heavenly Father, receiving Your Holy Spirit in such power will make anyone appear crazy to a world who doesn’t know You. Some call it religious mania. Noah would have been locked up in a psych hospital too if he lived now, while others laughed and mocked while the flood waters came and carried them away. Let the world call me crazy! Crazy people trust in You Jesus. Crazy people believe the Holy Words in red! I am crazy in love with You Jesus!
Your blood is pure which flows through my veins so of course the charge against me is dismissed!! If it’s Your Will dear God in Jesus’s name I pray. No matter how things play out, I am choosing to trust You fully and completely knowing everything is working out for my good. Nothing escapes Your sight. Omniscient God You are. “If God be for me, who can come against me?”!! Romans 8:31.
Nothing else matters! I just want to be in the Word continually and meditating on it to equip myself more. Dear Lord please lead the way and I’ll follow. I’m so happy!! My heart is so glad. Thank You thank You! I pray this fire and passion in my soul may stay burning bright for You for the whole world to see and glorify You.
Papa God You truly perfect it all as I always fix my eyes on You with unquestioning faith!
